ZapSense was created right here on our small goat farm, inspired by the everyday struggles of keeping our curious goats safely within their fences. Like many farmers, we faced frustrating moments when trees or other obstacles caused the electric fence to fail, and our goats made their grand escapes.

While searching for a solution, we tried using other fence testers, but they were bulky and inconvenient to carry around. We wanted something lightweight, compact, and always accessible—something we could easily use to check the fence, even on the way to work.
